This concept is reflected in multiple aspects of architecture, including its open access space and overall design. The center is a public building with exhibitions as its main function. The main building consists of three floors above ground, with an elegant and atmospheric overall design. When viewed from a bird's eye, it resembles bright eyes, known as the "Eye of the City".
