The design concept of Wuhan Moon Bay Urban Balcony is to create a space for dialogue between people and the river. Through a layered and three-dimensional platform that links architecture, landscape, and pedestrian systems, the building can breathe and the landscape can flow, thus forming a harmonious coexistence between humans and nature
The design image is taken from pearl oysters, forming a harmonious relationship with water, aiming to hatch a brilliant pearl. By lifting the balcony floor, the riverbank space is combined with the embankment, visually reconnecting the urban space with the riverbank open space, and creating new urban characteristics through the creation of natural terrain and landscapes. At the same time, creating different themed squares within the undulating landscape, combined with rich and diverse cultural facilities, to provide citizens with public activity spaces with riverside landscape characteristics
